Behavioral round asked about a time something went wrong in production. I caused a genuinely bad outage once, a bad migration, several hours of downtime. Do you actually talk about your own mistakes, or pick a safer story where you were just the responder?

Owning a real mistake, told well, what happened, what you learned, what changed afterward, a runbook, a new check, a process fix, is generally a stronger answer than a safe 'I was just the responder' story. Interviewers are specifically listening for accountability and follow-through, not a flawless track record.
We saw the same issue, fixing the partition filter dropped runtime 60%.

Structure it with STAR but weight the 'what changed afterward' part heavily. That's the part that separates 'I made a mistake once' from 'I made a mistake and now our migrations are safer because of it.'
