Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

Lakebench sells only digital access: Lakebench Pro passes for the website lakebench.in. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no courier, no shipping charge, and no delivery address is needed.

How Pro is delivered

Pro is delivered online, to the Lakebench account you are signed in to when you pay. As soon as we confirm your payment, we switch Pro on for that account, usually within a few hours. You get an email receipt at your account email, and your account page shows the date your pass ends.

Use Pro in any modern web browser by signing in to the same account. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed.

If Pro does not appear

Sign out and back in, or open your account page and refresh. If Pro is still not active 1 hour after a successful payment, email hunnur.data@gmail.com with your payment confirmation (a screenshot or transaction ID). We will activate it within 2 business days, or refund the payment in full as described in the refund and cancellation policy.
